What Is A Session Like?

During a session, you’ll lie down fully clothed in a comfortable, calm environment.

Soft music, gentle scents, and a peaceful atmosphere help you relax.

Light hand placements are used to support your body’s natural ability to release stress and restore balance.

There’s no pressure to do anything or “feel” a certain way. Most people simply feel deeply relaxed, calm, or even sleepy.

This work goes beyond a typical Reiki session.

While the energy healing helps your body relax and reset, we also focus on how you’re actually showing up in your daily life through your habits, emotional responses, decision-making patterns, and the ways you may be overextending yourself.

Through chakra scanning and intuitive insight, we identify where you feel stuck, drained, or out of alignment.

From there, we translate that awareness into real, practical shifts: how to set better boundaries, manage your energy, and move toward your personal goals with more clarity.
